Hi. I’m Reid. I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist AMFT 150612.

I provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, and couples/partners/polycules in California under the licensed supervision of Elysha Martinez, LMFT 93493 at Axis Mundi Center for Mental Health based in Oakland, CA.

Do you sometimes wish parts of you didn’t exist? Do you have a tough inner critic? Is there a part of you that you struggle to understand or are ashamed of? I welcome all of the sensitive, weird, and messy parts that you hold and will walk with you through the wilds of your life. I believe that everyone is capable of changing the stories they tell, and that doing so can bring relief and help people find connection with themselves and others. As a therapist, I prioritize a collaborative and relational approach to my work, emphasizing your unique strengths, interests, and relationships as we explore your stories together.
